Good Coffee - Now THIS is Good Coffee!

What determines a good coffee? Who's to judge? What qualities should my beans display to be classified as "good coffee"? And when I find out what makes a good coffee, good, how can I make sure I'm getting quality beans before I buy from the supplier? Read on!



Good coffee is determined by several factors; genetics, storing condition, nation of origin, and color. Although the true answer is preference-dependent, most americans say the arabica bean makes the best coffee. Good coffee is not stored in bags for long periods of time. Coffee is not like wine; it gets worse with age. If coffee is not stored properly, it can quickly go from good coffee to bad coffee...
