Calories in Coffee - Which Should you be Drinking?

 In America, 80% of people drink multiple cups of coffee every day. For people on a weight loss program, the calories in coffee can be a huge concern. If the calories in coffee are more than we were hoping, which coffees have less calories and how can we make them taste good? Read on to find out more about the calories in coffee and what we can do to combat them.



The average cup of Starbucks has over 220 calories in their coffee; not including the whipped cream and flavoring calorie count that's mix in with it. Obviously, when you buy more complex drinks like latte and  mocha's, your going to have a larger calorie count because they are sweeter. If your really trying to lose...

  1. I never had experience Starbucks, But its look cool coffee not including the whipped cream and flavoring calorie count....
    I have Coffee Vending Machine,is it helpful to prepare that???
